FAQ
Service questions
Is service included when I rent?
Yes. Filter changes and repairs are included in your rent at no extra cost.
How soon can a technician come?
We call you back during working hours (9 AM – 5 PM) to fix a time that suits you.
How often should filters be changed?
It depends on your water and the filter. As a guide, spun and sediment pre-filters are changed every few months, and the RO membrane less often. Each Korvia’s LED alerts you when a filter change is due, and we remind you too.
