Renting
What does the rent include?
The Korvia purifier, free installation, and all filter changes and repairs. There is no machine cost and no maintenance fee.
How much is the rent?
Plans start at ₹299/month. Your final plan depends on the model and how often you pay (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly), and we agree it with you on a call.
Is there a lock-in period?
No long-term lock-in. Stay as long as you need.
Where do you install?
We install across Lucknow. For nearby areas, call or WhatsApp us and we’ll let you know.
Buying Korvia
Which Korvia should I buy?
Premium for borewell or tanker water and pH control, Pro Plus for hard tanker or borewell water, Pro for every source on a sensible budget. For low-TDS tap water, any model’s UV + UF version. Compare the models.
What do the purifiers cost?
Offer prices: Korvia Premium ₹9,499, Pro Plus ₹8,999, Pro ₹8,499, with free installation. See all models.
What warranty do I get?
Every Korvia you buy comes with a 1-year warranty.
Is Korvia certified?
Korvia is certified to ISO, CE and RoHS standards and is made in Lucknow by Groclean Water Solution Pvt. Ltd.
Filters & service
How often should filters be changed?
It depends on your water and the filter. As a guide, spun and sediment pre-filters are changed every few months, and the RO membrane less often. Korvia’s LED alerts you when a change is due, and we remind you too.
How do I book a service visit?
Use the service form, WhatsApp us, or request a visit from your account.
Where can I see filter prices?
All filters and spare parts are on Filters & spare parts, with MRP per unit. We usually charge less: ask for today’s price.
Your account
How do I get an account?
We create it when you rent or buy a Korvia and email you a link to set your password. Then log in at groclean.in/login.
What can I see in my account?
Every purifier on your account (home, office or family), what’s due for each, your payment history, service history and when filters are next due. You can request a service visit for any of them.
I forgot my password
Use “Forgot or never set your password?” on the login page, or ask us to send a reset link.
